Rig inspections, also known as rig audits, are conducted on drilling assets for both drilling contractors and drilling operators to assess the condition of an asset. Rig inspections are conducted to industry standards, such as API, as well as to specific client requirements.
OGLTS are able to provide a range of non-destructive testing services, both conventional and advanced, across a range of products and industries. We are able to provide the NDT services both in-house and on site.

Load Testing is an important function that ensures the safety of equipment and people. Per API standards, all lifting equipment that has been manufactured, altered, or repaired should be proof load tested and inspected.
OGLTS conducts all pressure testing in our pressure test bays to ensure our operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
Hydrostatic testing utilizes water as its test medium.

Pneumatic testing is conducted by channeling air through selected components/equipment.
Calibration is critical to ensure equipment is both safe, and accurate. Electronic components drift as they are stressed with age. Without regular periodic calibration, the measurements made by these components are compromised, sometimes to the point where they pose a safety risk to the user.
OGLTS can provide service and supply to the marine and mooring industry. Including supply of mooring ropes and chains as well as having experienced technicians who can provide inspection and repair of marine fenders and equipment.
